Ingredients
1 tbsp of ground flax seeds
3/4 cup of plant-based milk
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
2 slices of bread
vegan butter for cooking
fruits, berries of your choice for topping
plant-based yoghurt for topping
Directions
Mix together flax seeds, plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a bowl large enough to lay the bread in.
Coat bread on both sides with the batter, then cook in a hot pan on both sides until golden brown.
Top with fruits, berries, yoghurt, maple syrup, etc.
