Matcha comes from the Camellia sinensis plant and has a unique nutritient profile. It is very high in antioxidants, which reduce cell damage and prevent chronic disease. It boosts brain function, improves attention, memory; helps prevent cancer, promotes heart health as well as helps you lose weight.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 pack baking powder
1 mashed banana
Directions
First mix the dry and the wet ingredients separate. Then put it together and mix it creamy.
Add coconut oil in the pan and fry on both sides until golden.
Serve with maple syrup, berries and yoghurt! Enjoy! :-)
